The other day, I attended a meeting about HP Open View, share some tips here.
1. Personality is key.
No matter what position you are in, a good personality is influential. A high position does not alway means "high, far away", people there can also be very nice, modest, kind. Dont worry too much, have a talk with them!
2.Ability decides your level.
In the last lecture, a chief leader in HP have a presentation talking about OV’s past, present and future. After that an american, i guess, talking about something relative in English. What surprised me is that the previous leader doing the translation while the presentation going on. Absolutely good, fluent. Thinking about myself-a student major in English, I felt so embarrassed.
You can only do what you are able to do!
Improve yourself is the key.
